Choosing how your logo is applied
The method matters more than most buyers expect. It changes the cost, the durability and how the gift is perceived. This is the guidance we give before quoting.

How we are different
We buy from makers, not resellers
Most corporate gifting companies are catalogue resellers. They buy from a distributor, add a margin, and pass on whatever the distributor happened to have in stock.
Direct from the cluster
Steel drinkware from Gujarat, bags from Delhi and Bengaluru, knitwear from Tiruppur, pens from Rajkot, brassware from Moradabad. Buying where things are actually made removes a layer of margin.
Checked before it ships
Printing, engraving, embroidery and packing happen under our own supervision — not left to whoever the factory subcontracts. Every batch is inspected before dispatch.
Sample before bulk, always
You approve a physical sample with your branding applied before a single unit goes into production. No exceptions, on any order.

Questions
Before you ask for a quote
What is your minimum order?
Usually 100 pieces, though it varies by product. Ceramic mugs and some stationery start lower; steel drinkware and custom-manufactured items often need more. Tell us your quantity and we will say plainly whether it is workable.
How long does an order take?
Two to three weeks is typical, counted from sample approval and receipt of your final artwork — not from the first enquiry. Rush jobs are sometimes possible at a premium. Around Diwali, plan six to eight weeks ahead: the whole industry is capacity-constrained in October and November.
What artwork do you need from us?
Vector files — AI, EPS, PDF or SVG. A raster file such as a JPG or PNG can usually be redrawn, but it may affect print quality and can add a day or two. If you have brand guidelines, send those too.
Can we see a sample first?
Yes, and you should. Every order includes a physical sample with your branding applied, approved by you before bulk production begins. Sample cost is usually adjusted against the final order.
Where do you deliver?
Anywhere in India. A single office, or a consignment split across several cities — we handle the freight either way. If gifts are going to employees' homes, we pack individually with name labels and address slips. Metro deliveries usually add two to three days; remote pin codes a little more.
How does pricing work?
Per piece, exclusive of GST unless stated otherwise. Price moves with quantity, branding method and how many colours are involved — which is why we quote against a brief rather than publishing a price list. Terms are 50% advance with the purchase order, balance before dispatch.
Can you match a specific brand colour?
We work to Pantone references where the method allows. Screen print and embroidery match well; laser engraving is single tone and cannot carry colour at all. We will always flag it upfront when a colour cannot be reproduced faithfully.
